Even if you are healthy now, it is a good idea to eat healthy food items to keep your joints in a healthy state. Consumption of fruits and vegetables will aid you in minimizing the risk of developing joint disorders. Omega-3 fatty acids/ Fish oils, Lentils, Beans, Olive oil, Colorful fruits, Brassica vegetables, Nuts and Seeds, Whole grains, Garlic, and Root vegetables are some of the foods that may help you in reducing pain and increasing mobility in the joints.
