Herbs that give coolness in summers

According to Ayurveda, there are many such traditional spices in our country that can add a chill in the scorching heat. By using these spices, not only will your body heat be reduced, but there will be many benefits for health.

We try many things to get cool in the scorching heat. Some take a dip in the swimming pool and some go out for a walk on the snowy mountains. But in the Corona period, neither one can get cool by going to the swimming pool nor will one be able to visit the cold laughing plaintiffs anywhere. Coriander Green

Coriander is used in every season. Coriander not only enhances the taste of our vegetables but it is also beneficial for health. Immunity is boosted by consuming coriander with lemonade and mint. Apart from this, the smell of sweat is also removed by consuming its leaves. Mixing sugar candy with coriander gives relief in headache due to heat.

Green cardamom

Generally, green cardamom like fennel is used as a mouth freshener in Indian tradition. This also removes the foul smell of the mouth. Cardamom contains minerals like potassium, calcium, magnesium. Cardamom is also rich in fiber. Due to this, stomach problems like acidity, heartburn, constipation can be overcome in summer.

Mint

These days, many people are using peppermint fiercely to strengthen the immune system. In Ayurveda, mint has been described as a medicine, which is used in all kinds of herbs. In summer, many people suffer from problems like acidity, chest pain and indigestion.

In such a situation, mint leaves are a natural herb, which treats these problems in an instant. Mint has a cooling effect, so it also helps in cooling the stomach during the summer season. Turmeric

It is being advised to consume turmeric gargle and turmeric milk during the corona period. Turmeric rapidly strengthens the immune system. Along with reducing pain and inflammation in the body, it also keeps the liver right. Turmeric enriched with the chemical curcumin also purifies our blood and enhances the glow of the skin. There is a lot of acidity and gas in the stomach, so this turmeric-celery recipe will give relief in 2 minutes.

Fennel

Fennel (Anise) is used by all people as a mouth freshener after eating, which removes bad breath. Fennel is also served to you after a meal in Indian restaurants. Fennel is rich in Vitamin C. Consumption of fennel not only makes you feel cool, but it also eliminates the swelling in the body due to heat. Due to this the digestive system also remains good. Soak fennel seeds in water overnight and strain it in the morning. After this, drink a pinch of sugar, black salt, lemon mixed in this water. You can drink this juice at any time. This gives instant coolness to the body. Apart from this, fennel is also used to enhance the taste of flavors. Apart from this, in case of sore throat, chewing fennel, sugar candy and black pepper in equal quantity clears the throat.
