The Right Food for Eczema Patients

What is Eczema?

Eczema is a term given to the inflammations and redness that develops on the skin due to bacterial infections and allergies. The most popular one is atopic dermatitis or atopic eczema.

Atopic stands for the tendency of a person to become allergic to dust conditions with asthma or hay fever. Atopic dermatitis results in rashes on the skin and redness.  It makes the skin dry and itchy and makes the skin irritated, sometimes leading to fever as well.

Eczema makes the skin dry and scaly. Sometimes it retains the water and becomes wet and blistered.

Root cause of Eczema:

The exact cause of eczema is unknown. Every human being has a different body composition. And every person has a different kind of lifestyle, diet, and stress. Neglecting a good diet, following an unhealthy lifestyle, indulging in smoking, alcohol or drugs, and stress at work are the reasons why people neglect their health these days.

However different foods contain allergens also which are responsible for triggering eczema. For example, some people are severely allergic to wheat, prawns, brinjals, etc.

Hence a correct diet plan is what the need of the hour is:
